Boris Johnson, MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, was delighted to meat with the Divisional Director of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust services this week.
During the visit Mr Johnson started at the mental health unit at the Riverside Centre for a chat with the senior team and then a visit to one of the wards. He then popped into the Woodlands Centre to see Oak Tree Ward which cares for older adults and finally a quick visit to the Child Development Centre.
Following the visit Mr Johnson said: “It was really inspiring to meet with these committed teams who do such fantastic work providing a safe and therapeutic supportive environment for those that need it. Care and compassion really matter and it was fantastic to hear first hand about the work that goes on to support residents of Uxbridge and South Ruislip.”
