This Monday, Boris Johnson, Member of Parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, communicated with Sir Terry Morgan, Chairman of High Speed Two Limited, in order to effectively convey the concerns and thoughts of his constituency with HS2. The disruptions for Uxbridge and South Ruislip presented by HS2 have been of paramount interest to Boris Johnson, and as such he has hoped to establish effective connections with the company to ensure the wishes of his constituents are always fairly and enthusiastically presented.
In order to ensure that the wishes of his constituency will be better represented to HS2 Ltd., Boris Johnson will be meeting yet again with Julie King, Director of Community Engagement and Mike Hickson, Programme Director, to discuss the questions and concerns about the current HS2 project in the area.
Attached is the correspondence between Boris Johnson MP and Sir Terry Morgan.
